The outdoor area is nothing short of amazing! Dive into the heated pool or soak in the hot tub surrounded by a private, fenced yard filled with lush tropical plants. Your very own oasis even includes a large lime tree—perfect for adding a fresh twist to your favorite drinks!
With 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, all on one level, this home is ideal for a large family or friend gathering. The awesome bunk room comes complete with a ping-pong table, TV, and wet bar with a mini-fridge—perfect for kids or teens to have their own fun space.
The fully stocked red mid-century modern kitchen is a chef’s delight, equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. We provide all the essentials to ensure a stress-free vacation, including beach and bath towels, linens, paper products, laundry and dish detergents, plus a variety of pool and beach toys, chairs, and a beach cart.
Our neighborhood also offers 5 public water access points, perfect for launching a kayak, paddleboard, or enjoying a peaceful day of fishing (though not swimming beaches).
We’ve recently taken your comfort to the next level by upgrading our linens to the luxurious Kirkland Premium collection, known for its high thread count and superior quality. Experience the silky feel of these premium sheets, ensuring a restful and rejuvenating sleep every night.
For your convenience, early check-in may be available depending on the season.
Dog Policy:
We welcome one dog per stay with prior approval and a $200 non-refundable fee. Your dog must be fully house-trained, leashed when outside the fenced area, and crated when you’re not at home. Please ensure they don’t disturb the neighbors, and they must stay off the furniture. Certain breeds, per our insurance guidelines, are not allowed.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
